This Privacy Policy explains how Clearix – Block Puzzle ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile game. By playing Clearix, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account data — If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name, email address, and profile photo.
• Gameplay data — Score, level, XP, coins, gems, power-up inventory, and game progress stored locally and synced to Firebase.
• Device data — Device type, operating system version, language, and time zone (collected by Firebase Analytics).
• Usage data — In-app events such as game sessions, level completions, purchases, and ad interactions.
• Multiplayer data — Your display name and match results shared with opponents in real time via Firebase.
• Purchase data — In-app purchase history processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store payment card details.
• Crash data — Crash reports and diagnostic data collected automatically by Firebase Crashlytics.

• To provide and improve gameplay features (levels, multiplayer, rewards).
• To sync your progress across devices when signed in.
• To display relevant advertising via Google AdMob.
• To send optional push notifications (daily challenges, rewards).
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To analyze app performance and fix bugs using Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• To process multiplayer match results and in-app purchase entitlements via secure server-side Cloud Functions.

4. Advertising & Consent

We use Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads. On first launch, you will be shown a consent dialog (Google UMP – User Messaging Platform) to choose whether to receive personalized or non-personalized ads, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).

Rewarded ads are always opt-in — you choose to watch an ad in exchange for in-game rewards. We do not show interstitial or banner ads without your explicit action.

5. Data Retention

Your account and gameplay data (Firestore) is retained as long as your account is active or until you request deletion. Real-time match data (Firebase Realtime Database) is transient and removed automatically once a match concludes.

Analytics and crash data is retained according to Firebase's default retention settings (up to 14 months). Guest account data is stored on our servers during your session to enable gameplay features. All guest data is permanently deleted from our servers as soon as you sign out of the guest session. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

6. Children's Privacy

Clearix is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time (via in-app settings).

We use Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity to protect our backend from unauthorized access. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
