Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data from Clearix.

How to Request Deletion

Send us an email

Send a deletion request to our support address from the email associated with your account, or include your in-game display name and Google account email.

We verify your identity

We may ask you to confirm your identity to make sure we delete the right account. We will not process requests we cannot verify.

Deletion is processed

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your verified request. You will receive a confirmation email.

Coins & gems balance
Power-up inventory
Multiplayer match history
Leaderboard entries
Daily & weekly mission data
Firebase authentication data
Push notification tokens
Analytics identifiers
Please note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any unused in-app purchases (gem packs, Gem Doubler, No-Ads Pack) will be lost and cannot be refunded after deletion. Local data stored on your device will be removed when you uninstall the app.
